I did that A LOT, like a lot a lot but for the first time in like forever, the last time I had a bad day, I turned to praising God and went on a prayer walk instead of staying in my dark room watching UA-cam and ignoring His call to share my pain with him. He truly can turn a whole day around with a little time spent together and by the next day everything was fine again 😊
